Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our management team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sort and maintain job packages, ensuring they are up-to-date.
- Issue Purchase Orders for materials or services to suppliers, and distribute them to jobs as required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist the credit department in collections if necessary.
- Print delivery tickets when needed.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Participate in our Continuous Improvement program.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, with applicable post-secondary education preferred.
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
- Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience is also preferred.
