About the Role

As a Senior Identity and Access Management Business Lead at iPartner Consulting, you will play a key role in leading business analysis efforts for systems utilizing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This includes assessing clients' business challenges and opportunities related to identity and access management.

This position requires strong knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, and practices, as well as experience reporting on progress of deliverables, milestones, issues, and risks to various audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis efforts for SaaS solutions in Identity and Access Management, including assessing clients' business challenges and opportunities.
  • Facilitate sessions with SaaS vendors and technology teams to evaluate feasibility of leveraging and customizing SaaS features to meet specific business requirements.
  • Document business requirements in a manner that enables I&IT solutions to be determined and implemented by SaaS vendors.
  • Apply re-engineering concepts to drive business improvements and SaaS customizations through innovative service delivery approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and Systems Analysts to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in a business analyst capacity participating in various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience with creating Business Cases, Screen Design/User Interface, Business Process Model Flows, and Logical architecture artifacts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and facilitate discussions with vendors, client ministries, and other project team members.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, estimated to be around $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
