We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Medicine Professional to join our team at the Hard Rock Animal Hospital Professional Corporation. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
About the Role:- This is a permanent position with a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, with a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Responsibilities will include diagnosing diseases or abnormal conditions in individual animals, treating sick or injured animals, vaccinating animals, advising clients on animal care, and conducting research related to animal health.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to perform routine, emergency, and post-mortem examinations, provide a range of veterinary services including obstetrics, dentistry, and euthanasia, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg/50 lbs).
- Ability to distinguish between colours and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
