About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Faubourg du Mascaret in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized Resident Care Plans
  • Plan and implement resident leisure activities on a daily basis
  • Perform delegated nursing acts according to company policy and scope of practice
Requirements
  • Valid Continuing Care Certification or Provincial Personal Care Worker course
  • Availability to work six shifts in every three month period
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening
