At MOBILE KLINIK, we're looking for an experienced and organized retail store supervisor to join our team. As a leading retail store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 35-40 hours per week, using public transportation available.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably as a supervisor or manager. You will be responsible for supervising 3-4 employees and coordinating their activities, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are meeting sales targets
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to improve performance and retention
  • Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Requirements
