At MSH Americas - Diot-Siaci Group, we are looking for a dedicated Patient Support Advocate to join our team.

About the Position

The Patient Support Advocate will be the first point of contact for members requiring both medical and non-medical assistance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping members find healthcare providers, booking appointments, and arranging travel.
  • Providing assistance services to traveling members, such as transportation, accommodations, and medical bookings.
  • Communicating effectively with key stakeholders and ensuring that members receive the necessary support.

This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field, and intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Requirements and Benefits
