We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at 2532264 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our commercial transport trucks.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
- Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace units
- Discuss work with supervisor and review work orders
- Perform scheduled maintenance service and test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
- Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
- Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate
- Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
- Criminal record check
This is a fast-paced environment that requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a standing position for extended periods. Overtime may be required.
