Job Title: Merchandiser

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Merchandiser to join our Field Sales Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for merchandising products at designated customers, ensuring that shelves are stocked and products are rotated regularly. This is a part-time position that requires availability on weekends, stat holidays, and split shifts, including early mornings and late afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow customer sign-in and sign-out procedures
• Stock and rotate product on store shelves and displays
• Communicate with route operators regarding product concerns
• Notify Territory Managers of any customer issues
• Properly stack and label returns for route operators

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting
