You will also collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design specifications, plan, execute, and oversee testing activities to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and document business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.
- Support data management initiatives by identifying data requirements, ensuring data quality, and integrating data into business processes.
Project Management & Scrum:
- Lead and manage projects using both traditional project management and Agile methodologies.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong blend of business analysis, project management, Scrum, and data management expertise. Experience in the financial services sector or with family offices is advantageous.
