Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring that the company's interests are represented and protected.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring that the organization's resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial or communications role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
