Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, balances, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests to create memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless communication and a consistent level of service.
  • Maintain a welcoming and chill hotel ambiance, setting the tone for our night owls.
  • Address any issues that arise, transforming challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction.
  • Represent our values and culture in person, on the telephone, and online, sharing your passion for Canalta hotels.
