Advertising Manager

Karna Consulting Corp. is seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to join our team. As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns to promote our business services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Market business services to clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization, representing Karna Consulting Corp. in public forums and media events.
- Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, providing expert guidance on how to effectively reach their target audiences.
- Answer written and oral inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- 1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
