Senior Business Systems Analyst for InSync's Microsoft Ecosystem

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at InSync, where you will be responsible for supporting and training users on the Microsoft collaboration suite.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Information Management, preferably in Oil and Gas, with a solid understanding of business analysis skills and technical background in the Microsoft collaboration tools suite.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office apps
- Working closely with teams across the organization to provide best practices and guidance on Information Management policies
- Staying up-to-date on the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem to ensure optimal performance and user adoption
- Leading and supporting systems implementation, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and test coordination
- Managing ongoing upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution for Microsoft systems
- Developing effective relationships with business stakeholders and system vendors to drive successful project outcomes
- Performing change management processes to ensure seamless control of systems and information
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to rapid changes while prioritizing tasks effectively. You will also have the chance to develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in O&G, preferably in E&P
- Strong core Business Analysis skills
- Effective communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
