Our client, a leading provider of Business Intelligence solutions, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Professional Services team. As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Your expertise in Business Intelligence and data warehousing will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Professional Services team, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of consultants and managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage the budget and resources for the Professional Services team, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong expertise in Business Intelligence tools and technologies, including RDBMS, Web-Client/Server, and OLAP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
