We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and ensure inventory levels are maintained
  • Determine staffing requirements and schedule staff accordingly
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure they are meeting their responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail or fast food environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
