Your Role

You will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our patients by retailing and repairing eyewear products, as well as providing follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on optimal eyewear choices for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best value and quality.
• Inform patients about advancements in corrective eyewear solutions and assist with frame selection based on aesthetic and performance needs.
• Interpret optical prescriptions written by optometrists.
• Perform frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of new eyewear and repair existing frames.
• Submit prescription eyewear requisitions to our manufacturing lab.
• Manage data entry and computer job tracking.
• Contribute to store retail sales goals.
• Communicate effectively with patients through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or emails.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer-facing environments.
• High comfort level using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Track record of learning new systems and processes.
• Professional and approachable demeanor with a passion for interacting with people.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This full-time, permanent role offers up to 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.
