Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate portfolio strategy to support business objectives.
  • Oversee facility operations, including space management, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, facilities managers, and service providers.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in facilities management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
