Job Summary
Nasdaq is seeking an experienced Product Analyst (Data Integration Specialist) to join our team in a cutting-edge software company focused on delivering next-generation fraud and money laundering solutions to financial institutions across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up secure file transfer protocol connections to facilitate data exchange between customers and our systems.
- Work with customers to receive and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement custom import code to integrate customer data into our application.
- Collaborate with customers to validate data in the application and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Requirements
- Graduate of a technical college program with a strong foundation in computer science or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in data integration and customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, JSON, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Linux scripting, SQL, and XML.
