Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Roblyn Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, make beds, and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
  • Support for Veterans: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
