**West Coast Medical Centre** is a well-established patient panel that adheres to the New to Practice contract. Patients have comprehensive medical histories and medication records, utilizing the MEDACCESS Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
**Office Space and Collaborative Environment**: Our office is situated in the same building as three full-time Family Physicians, with in-house laboratory services (Lifelabs) and a pharmacy on site.
**Clinical Opportunities**: As a Family Medicine Physician, you will have the chance to participate in various clinical activities, including surgical assisting, maternity care, emergency department shifts, and hospitalist work. You will also have the opportunity to round on your own patients at the local West Coast General Hospital, with hospital privileges available.
**Benefits and Incentives**: You may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), which includes:
- Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
- Relocation: up to a maximum of $9,000
- Flat Fee: $12,222
- Fee Premium: 7.98%
- CME: $2,000/annum (years 3-4) and $4,000/annum (after 4 years in the community)
