The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Insurance Associate. In this role, you'll assist our Account Executive & Personal Insurance Advisor with administrative tasks, including preparing client information, certificates, and renewals. You'll also be responsible for fielding client queries via email and phone.

What You'll Bring
  • A Level 1 General Insurance License or a strong desire to obtain one (a Level 2 License is a plus)
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
