Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, pricing, and availability
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in counter sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
