About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Parkers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Vehicle Issues
    • Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify problems with vehicle systems
    • Perform repairs and replacements as needed
  • Inspect and Test Vehicles
    • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues
    • Test vehicles to ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
    • Provide clear and concise explanations of repairs and recommendations
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques
    • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Completion of a recognized automotive technician program
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
