Nurse Practitioner Assistant

DriverCheck is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct health surveys and assist the Nurse Practitioner with MTO medicals.
- Provide nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinic Supervisor and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage and remain calm in an unpredictable environment, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- Document and report compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Code and/or OSHA.
- Collaborate with other health and safety professionals to establish and promote injury prevention, wellness programs, and initiatives.
- Must be licensed and a member in good standing with the CNO.
- Must have knowledge of the college's standards of practice, Primary Health Care, and Advanced Knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and health care management.
- Must have CPR and AED certification.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively across multiple functional areas and various professional disciplines.
