About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Licensed Automotive Technician to join our team at Downtown AutoGroup. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and maintenance to our guests' vehicles.

About You:

You have a proven track record in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a valid Automotive Service Technician License (310S). Your extensive knowledge and expertise will enable you to diagnose and solve complex vehicle issues efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize state-of-the-art tools and technology to identify problems and develop effective repair plans.
  • Customer Focus: Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about their vehicle's needs, offering expert advice and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance your skills and deliver top-notch service.

What We Offer:
