Reception Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at Yougood Education Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Obtain and process information required to provide accurate and timely customer service, including ordering office supplies and sending invoices.
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments, as well as answer and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Arrange teleconferences and calculate billing charges with precision.
- Monitor mobile radio or telephone communications and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English language.
