Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at L3J General Services. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shopping and Supplies: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Special Tasks: Clean changing rooms and showers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean elevators.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, sitting, standing for extended periods, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
  • Experience: Willingness to train.
