Retail Store Manager Job Description

CANADA INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and authorizing returns
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced retail environment
  • Standing for extended periods and walking
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
