Product Manager Opportunity at Relayfi

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team at Relayfi. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our small business banking platform and delivering a human-centric customer experience.

About the Role:

  • Owning the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leveraging data to inform product decisions and establishing clear success metrics to guide product development.
  • Analyzing product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features that meet customer needs.
  • Providing feedback on design and user experience to ensure every product is a delightful experience for our users.
  • Helping hold the team accountable to outcomes and ensuring a high bar for product delivery.
  • Elevating the Product Management practice at Relayfi, building an inclusive and supportive team culture.

Requirements:

  • A strong history of excellence and impact in product development or a related field.
  • Experience turning data into insights using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Comfortable prototyping user flows and UX in tools like Balsamiq or Figma.
  • Ability to read technical API documentation and test APIs using Postman.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
