Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Direct and manage a team of 5-10 warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring that all items are accurately tracked and accounted for.
- Operational Efficiency
- Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or operations management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
