Job Summary

Cleanology Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • English language proficiency

Working Conditions

  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
