Job Title: Early Childhood Educator - Child Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Montessori Happy Minds. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:

- Assess the children's development to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs
- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
- Develop and implement child-care programs
- Maintain daycare equipment
- Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers
- Synthesize the overall situation of the children and communicate the information to the parents

Requirements:

- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of licensing regulations

Working Conditions:
