At Sultana Market, we are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Grind meats
- Prepare special orders
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
As a Meat Cutter, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
