About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned expert to join our team as a Compensation Systems Architect. In this role, you'll play a critical part in building and maintaining our Compensation System, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Manage day-to-day operations, providing operational support to ensure the Compensation System runs smoothly.
  • Requirements Design: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, designing and building commission and bonus plans, and SPIFs within the system.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Customer leaders, collecting feedback from Plan participants to improve the system's implementation and increase user adoption.
  • Audit and Documentation: Identify areas for continuous improvement of the Compensation System, documenting processes and technical designs.
  • Data Management: Develop and test Connect processes, monitoring data flows to ensure data integrity and accuracy, identifying opportunities for further automation and efficiency.
  • Technical Solutions: Develop solutions to requirements/issues, validating and communicating them to internal and external teams, testing solutions to ensure they meet specifications.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant relevant experience in Data Engineering, SQL Development, Data Analysis, Database administration, or implementation and administration of customizable enterprise applications.
  • Comprehension: Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales Compensation processes and systems, knowledge of Compensation Systems integration with external applications like Salesforce and HR systems (Workday).
  • Skills: Advanced understanding of formulas (Excel or Sheets), deep understanding of software testing, experience developing and maintaining calculations for large data sets using spreadsheets or database models.
  • Cognitive Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, open communication, problem-solving, process/project management, creativity, and innovation.
