About the Role

We're looking for a talented software engineer to join our team and help us develop and implement new features for our geospatial data platform. As a software engineer at Equator, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from front-end development to back-end engineering, and to collaborate with our team to create innovative solutions for our customers.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing new software features
  • Implementing front-end designs
  • Building and optimizing LLM prompts to enable our customers to build proposals 10x faster
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to best practices
  • Collaborating with senior developers to troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Troubleshooting customer-reported bugs and/or issues
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about software engineering, and who is excited to learn and grow with our team. You should have a solid foundation of experience in software development, and be comfortable working on a wide range of projects and technologies. You should also be a strong communicator, and be able to collaborate effectively with our team to achieve our goals.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $69,000, depending on your level of experience. We also offer employee stock options, health, vision, and dental insurance coverage, and a flexible work-from-home policy. Additionally, we provide a monthly budget for health and wellness expenses, and offer weekly team meals when we're in the office.
