Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at GIA ENTERPRISES LTD. O/A Wendy's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Food Handling: Keep records of food quantities used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and team player.
