Membership Advisor Role at Fitness World
The Membership Advisor is a key member of our team at Fitness World, responsible for delivering an exceptional fitness experience to our members. This involves demonstrating the value of our Signature services, executing sales activities to achieve monthly targets, and ensuring member retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies to meet monthly sales goals, including lead generation, appointments, shows, and referrals.
- Grow our member base through lead generation, membership sales, and referrals.
- Provide engaging tours of our club facilities, programs, and services to convert leads into new members.
- Deliver a friendly, helpful, and positive member experience, performing tasks such as member check-in, action check-in messages, and payment processing.
- Facilitate and process payments for agreements, retail, and services in our Member Management System.
- Address member concerns in a timely manner, following company policies and procedures.
- Participate in daily walkthroughs to ensure the club is clean and well-maintained.
- Foster strong relationships with other departments and functional areas of the company.
