A global leader in Contract Research Organization (CRO), Warman O'Brien seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead data management projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in clinical trial regulations and data management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure timely completion of clinical trials
- Lead cross-functional teams to design case report forms (CRFs) and develop database validation checks
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish data quality standards and oversee quality control processes
- Train and mentor junior staff on data management best practices
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Clinical Data Management, including 3 years of independent Lead experience.
