Location: Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $107, $121,348.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring efficient and effective management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive community growth and success.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to community staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to meet community goals and objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate community programs and events, promoting resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, and community partners, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
  • Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy community environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or community development.
  • Proven experience in community management or a related role, with a strong track record of success.
