Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Advisor to join our team as a Global Capacity Building Expert. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening the capacity of National Conversation Trust Funds (NCTF) across the region to mainstream gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) into its policies, programs, and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social sciences, international development, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in promoting gender equality and diversity issues. You will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic directions and priorities through research and consultation with staff, members, and other stakeholders.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of strategic directions and priorities through research and consultation with staff, members, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish work plans for strategic planning processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions on gender equality concepts and mainstreaming GESI into programming.
