- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and procurement teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance vendor management and contract administration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or supply chain management.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in vendor management, contract administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, as well as vendor management best practices.
