We are a reputable immigration service provider in Canada, and we are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and providing timely financial reports.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Financial Records: You will be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Preparing Payroll: You will prepare cheques for payroll and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Providing Financial Reports: You will provide regular financial reports to our management team, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: You must have a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Bookkeeping Experience: You must have experience in bookkeeping, either through formal education or on-the-job training.
