Job Title: Family Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Family Child Care Provider to join our team at Snyder Family. As a Family Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to children in a home-based setting.

Job Description:Work Environment:

The work environment is non-smoking, and you will be working in the employer's home. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children.

Responsibilities:
  • Change diapers and provide personal care to infants and children
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework
Requirements:
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification
  • Criminal record check
