About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Raccoon Entertainment LTD. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve our business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks that could impact our business, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
  • Financial Systems: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
