Your Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating communications between healthcare providers.
- Manage patient referrals, registrations, and discharges in electronic medical records systems (EMRs).
- Coordinate communications between healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history.
- Prepare and distribute reports, including daily and monthly reports, to support team meetings and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, including Long-Term Care homes, acute care facilities, and community care partners.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in policies, procedures, and regulations affecting clinical operations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in clinical administration.
