The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of excellent teachers and researchers with strengths in imperialism, colonialism, and slavery; war and society; intelligence and/or policing; gender and sexuality; health and disability; the environment; the Atlantic region.

We are seeking a qualified individual who has completed a PhD in History with research and teaching expertise in Atlantic Canada and/or the northern Atlantic World. This position comes with a 3/2 teaching load and will include contributions to the department's graduate programs.
