Assistant Store Manager

Neko's Game Store + Carwash is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and direct a team of 3-4 employees, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operation of the store.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance, including market research and trend analysis.
- Resolve Issues and Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve supply shortages, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive store environment.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality service.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, word processing software, inventory control software, and electronic mail.
