Savers / Value Village is a purpose-driven company that champions reuse and inspires a future where secondhand is second nature. We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.
Our Mission
We redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, providing our nonprofit partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

What We Offer
We provide comprehensive onboarding and training from day one, as well as in-house expertise and a range of mental health services to assist you in managing daily life. Job Summary
As a Sales Floor Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members. You will have the opportunity to celebrate uniqueness, work in a purpose-driven company, and invest in the career path interests of our people.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges. You will need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
