About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant. As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods according to our quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) regularly.
