Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure seamless network operations.
- Provide expert problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, maintaining accurate control records for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Execute data backups and disaster recovery operations to safeguard critical business data.
- Design and implement local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.
- Modify Web pages, applets, and scripts to enhance user experience and improve website functionality.
- Respond to requests for help and information from website visitors and designers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
- Supervise and mentor technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
